- • The property had a smell of sewerage that would come and go. We were told it happens with these old buildings and only thing to do is open the windows. I guess unavoidable if this is the case, but it did wake me up at night when the smell got quite bad.

Nice, quiet apartment in a perfect location for Il Cinema Ritrovato.
Stayed here for Il Cinema Ritrovato and couldn't have picked better. The location is unbeatable. Everything is on foot: Piazza Maggiore for the evening screenings, Cineteca and the festival cinemas, plus countless great restaurants all just minutes away. No taxis, no stress. Just walked out to catch a film or grab something to eat. The apartment was spotless thoughtfully furnished and wonderfully quiet. Fast, reliable Wi-Fi. And the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat. Mirko the host is genuinely welcoming and forthcoming, always trying to make things work, and quick to answer every question. If you want to be right in the middle of everything Bologna has to offer, in a clean, and beautifully run apartment, this is the place. Highly recommended. Thank you for a great stay!

- • Consiglierei una pulizia dei condizionatori, nonché di una delle stanze perché in una delle tre dell' appartamento c era un forte odore di muffa
Un bellissimo soggiorno, ero in viaggio per lavoro con la mia bimba di 8 mesi. L'appartamento ci è risultato comodissimo con tutto il necessario. Gentilissimo il proprietario che si è reso sempre disponibile ad accontentare ogni nostra richiesta. Consigliatissimo!

The apartment was great. It was in a wonderful location and provided us with almost everything we needed. One of the best attributes was that it had two bathrooms and two showers. We were happy with our choice.

- • There was no place to put our groceries. The counter space was limited. You need to explain the lighting system in advance. You need to insert a card into a slot in order to have the ability to to turn them on. We had never seen anything like it and were confused.
