A cozy room in an excellent location near the sea
One-bedroom apartment in an excellent location. Short walk to the beach and promenade. 10 minutes walk from the Carmel Market, restaurants, and cafes. Excellent option to pre-book a parking space in the building's courtyard behind an electric gate for 100 ILS. The apartment is clean and includes a bedroom with several shelves and a TV, air conditioning that works well when we arrived, and an excellent heater in the August heat. Bathroom with shower, sink + mirror, toilet with plenty of toilet paper, towels, and soap products. Additionally, there is a small kitchenette with a fridge and microwave.

- • Our room was on the 3rd floor without an elevator, so for those who have difficulty, it is recommended to book a lower floor apartment. The view from the window is of the rooftops and solar heaters nearby. But actually, the only thing that really bothered me was that there was no electrical outlet on one side of the double bed (there was a night light, but it couldn't be connected to electricity, just stood there for decoration)... and of course, it was impossible to charge the cell phone at night next to the bed.
Unfortunately, the management did not take our requests into account

- • There were mini cockroaches in the room, cleaning sometimes was not done when I returned at 6 pm, we had to ask several times for towels.
