- • Staircases were dirty, rooms didn't match the description, we booked luxury apartments, but there was dirt, smells, very disappointed
Lovely stay and wonderful staff
The staff was lovely and extremely helpful. We were short on time and were very glad they could help us check in a few hours earlier than the usual time. The room was very clean and had a wonderful aesthetic. They also allowed us to store our luggage at the reception after checking out, so we could grab something to eat before departing.
