We felt extremely welcomed, respected, and valued at every moment. I travel very frequently and I can say for sure: no other hotel I have stayed at has had this level of care, attention, and concern, from the beginning to the end of the stay. In addition to all the impeccable service, the hotel meals are truly exceptional. A very special mention to the concierge Stephanie who treated us like true kings even before our check-in. Her care was impressive — even in the simplest moments, like when she made sure to offer us umbrellas when she realized we could get wet during one of our outings in the city. Her attitude, sweetness, and warmth perfectly reflect the standard of excellence of the entire team. You made the celebration of our wedding even more special. Thank you very much for turning our honeymoon into an unforgettable memory! We are already planning to spend our paper wedding anniversary there, or even return sooner to reminisce.
