Facilities are a bit outdated. Breakfast as usual good.
We have been to the Renaissance Hotel repeatedly in recent years. Now it's showing its age a bit. The staff is as friendly and accommodating as usual. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was as good as always, and the view as fantastic as ever.

- • This time our room at the Renaissance Hotel was not adequately clean. It wasn't vacuumed for five days and the shelves in the bathroom and bed area were not properly cleaned. We had to replace the glasses in the room because of dirt. Changing towels was no problem. For 900 euros for five nights in Izmir, I expect more.
The staff were excellent, cooperative like Hilal, Mazloum, Emre, and Kutay
