I was informed after signing the contract that smoking is prohibited in the room, and I explained to them that the website indicates the availability of smoking rooms when they are available. The employee said it was not true, and I asked them to cancel the contract, but the employee refused. She told me to cancel it myself on the website. Very, very, very bad service.

It was such an amazing experience at Renaissance Hotel, especially meeting the wonderful and kind staff, Munna, Shikha, Prakash (chef, master chef), Neema. THANK YOU SO MUCH for everything and making a happy day for us as foreign guests ❤️❤️
