Overall, I was very satisfied. I want to come again!
○I stayed at the hotel with my child for 4 days. ○Therefore, I had a lot of luggage, but the large desks in both vertical and horizontal directions were very helpful. ○We also bought food and ate at the hotel, and having two small round tables was also very helpful. ○In some hotels, my child often had allergies like dust mites, but even after staying for 4 nights, there were no symptoms, and I thought it was kept very clean. ○The view was not of Mount Fuji but of Hakone, and the sight of the Hakone mountains was quite soothing. ○The large communal bath, open-air bath, and sauna were available from 11:30, and the baths during the day were excellent. ○It may not matter, but the Komagatake Parking Area on the highway was a 3-minute walk away, and the steak set meals like Ramp, Ichibo, and Saloys steak were around 1500 yen, very cost-effective and delicious.

- • ○The TV guide in the room mentioned about late check-out being 30% of the basic accommodation fee, but when I asked the staff, it was 1000 yen per hour. I enjoyed a 2-hour extension from 10 am to 12 pm. It turned out well, but I thought it should be more clearly stated to increase the number of people opting for late check-out.

- • The staff's response was indifferent. If there had been a bit more smile (it's just one person's opinion), I paid by credit card but later found out about unauthorized use, so when I got home, my card couldn't be used. I thought it was bad if the payment couldn't be completed, so I called the hotel to explain the situation and was told to contact them if the payment couldn't be made, and it ended with a simple 'I see.' Not very customer-oriented, right?
