Great service and breakfast
This hotel exceeded our expectations, it is close to the train station, next to the mall for a quick meal but the best is the service at the reception and the breakfast. We were in a group of 6 people and we recommend it

Bad experience
Unfortunately, the hotel has deteriorated a lot since my first stay. The service has become very average, with a sense of favoritism among guests, which is particularly regrettable. Several issues also marked my stay: no water bottle in the room, TV remote not working, access problem to the room upon my evening arrival, as well as no card available to access the parking. The responsiveness of the staff and handling of requests also need improvement. It's a shame, as the hotel was previously a good address and its proximity to our workplace was a real advantage. I hope the establishment will take these comments into consideration to improve the service quality and customer experience again!

- • My first experience in this hotel, in April, was significantly better than my last stay. This time, the service was very average, almost non-existent. I noticed a decrease in staff responsiveness and much less attentive handling of the small details that make a difference in the customer experience. I had an issue with my room lock, which was only resolved after more than 24 hours, despite several follow-ups on my part. I also encountered problems with the TV and a lack of water available in the room. Furthermore, I noticed that the parking access card was no longer available to all guests, which is also regrettable. Finally, I find that the rate offered on Booking remains relatively high compared to the rate when booking directly on site. In summary, my last stay was disappointing on several aspects, both in terms of service, responsiveness, and handling of issues encountered. It's really a pity, as this hotel was particularly convenient for me and my colleagues due to its proximity to our workplace. Given this experience, unfortunately, I do not plan to stay at this establishment again.

I was enjoying my stay very well until my jeans were stolen from my room, which I suspect was the housekeeping.

This hotel was spotless and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The location was great and close to everything. I had a wonderful stay and recommend it
