Sad to not go back.
I can only leave a good review, even though I have been asked not to return. In June, I stayed here, which was about my 5th annual visit, and made a mistake by blaming the hotel for something they were not responsible for. On my return home, I realised my error. I immediately called reception and called back after the weekend to speak to the Manager. I sent an apology card and a large bunch of flowers and fell on my sword to no avail. I have a profile picture on social media that my late wife took in the car park of this hotel several years ago, before she was diagnosed. Although I don't blame them, because this was 100% my fault, I do feel very sad that I am unable to return in 2027. Life is far too short for grudges, and anyone reading this who needs a perfect location for the NEC will find it a great place to stay.

- • The hotel was dirty everywhere very dated and room was dirty too bath was damaged and dirty staff was nit friendly hotel.had building work going on and stank of paint
Good for a reasonable stay in Shirley
Staff are always lovely, room was good and bed comfy, nice clean towels and always great water pressure in the shower. I didn't use the bar this time to eat.

- • The walls between rooms are thin so I heard plenty of noise from the people in the next room. Car park was very busy I had to squeeze in a gap by the bushes, some people had over lapped the lines so made less room for other vehicles.
