I would come back, despite some negative points.
Room and bathroom are a good size. Although paid, R$30.00 per day, it offers parking. Very good breakfast. Good shower.

- • I arrived at 13:10 and couldn't check in because it only opened at 2 p.m. Very bad mattress, needs to be replaced. Horrible pillow, I requested two more and was not attended to. There were no blankets in the room. I asked at the reception and they gave me a single blanket.
Excellent accommodation.
Wonderful breakfast and impeccable service. The hotel's location is great. If there's a place in Belo Horizonte that I consider beautiful, it's Pampulha. The view of the lagoon is stunning.

- • We didn't like the reception. The attendants are not proactive, check-in easily took 30 minutes, I've never seen that. We had a lot of luggage, at no time was help with luggage offered, we made two trips to bring everything, considering it's a HOTEL I expected a little more from the attendants, this is the service I expect from an Airbnb. The breakfast was very poor, very few options. The bed sheets were torn, very worn out. The parking costing 30 reais per day is quite exaggerated, but okay, but every time we left/entered we had to honk for the attendant to open. Expectations were a bit higher.

The location is amazing, being right in the heart of Pampulha lagoon, the staff treated us very well, we had the support of Giselma and the team who provided us with a hairdryer and iron. The cost-benefit is excellent, as it still includes breakfast, which served us well with good variety. We had no problems ordering an Uber at night to go out and return. It deserves a 10 in structure, service, and everything very neat. We will definitely return
