We had an excellent stay. As soon as we arrived, we noticed the dedication of the hotel when we saw the manager Raí Cardoso guiding the staff on duty. Everyone was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast is very good, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We recommend it!

The staff is very attentive and kind. The room was quite old, and the bathroom had a slight smell coming back

Reception service note 100! The café staff and the receptionists day and night are excellent. The manager, Mr. Raí Cardoso, is very helpful. Congratulations!

It was dreadful. I do not recommend it unless they make corrections in the rooms.

- • About the rooms. I had to leave the first one because the toilet was loose, posing a risk of causing an accident. The shower stall only had glass on one side, which made the bathroom all wet during and after the shower. We changed rooms, and in this one, it was barely possible to enter the bathroom, it was so tight.
Comfort and helpfulness at a high level!
Clean, organized space! Helpful attendants who, upon my request at check-in to change rooms, were available and promptly assisted me without difficulty, okay breakfast, with many options, and comfortable space, from the reception to the room where I stayed.

Perfect stay! Reception service note 1000. Manager Raí Cardoso is sensational, very helpful and attentive, just like the entire hotel team. Congratulations to all for the dedication!
