Good location and comfortable hotel
Large hotel on the outside of the city. Was comfortable and staff were very helpful. Ideal for a couple of nights visiting Varanasi and nice to be away from the busy center.

The room size - it was a suite. The enthusiasm and politeness of the staff.

- • There is a need for improvement in almost all departments - front office, F & B, Housekeeping, staff training, overall management. Lack of knowledge about local traditions, timings, and logistics to food quality to non-operational blinds in the room to very slow response to requests to mismatch between what is ordered and what is served - the list can go on. It took almost five minutes every time to get hot water and in the process considerable cold water had to be drained.
