This was an awesome experience. What a fantastic team of staff members, from the head concierge, head waiter, waiters, soups chef and main chef,… they were all fantastic. Can’t wait to go back

Incredibly great hotel - everything is right here
Everything is really right here, we spent the last 2 nights of our Indonesia vacation at Raffles Jakarta and are thrilled. Clean, friendly & attentive staff, great breakfast, and everything is very well maintained. The spa area looks great too (we only used it to freshen up after check-out before the long flight), the gym is very modern and clean. As a highlight, we got an amazing upgrade. We are truly thrilled.

Wonderful stay at Raffles Jakarta
Beautiful hotel with the most wonderful and thoughtful staff. We absolutely loved everything from the food, to the gym, to the pool. They even did special touches for our anniversary.

This is my first time staying in Jakarta, and the experience with Raffles has been exceptional. From start to finish, it was first class. What an amazing hotel and superb staff. We shall be getting a corporate membership with this hotel and using it as our primary hotel going forward. Very impressed indeed. 5 Stars!

I stayed in a suite room but during breakfast, my wife and I were not covered for breakfast. A man named Vuman. The first time this has happened. I have been here many times. However, the above incident only happened this time. Disappointing.
