Great location, the city center and the harbor are within walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was large, clean, and quiet. The bed was very comfortable.

- • The decor is modern, but the red-black color scheme is not really cozy. The room had no window to the outside - there were only fixed windows facing the lobby that could not be opened. This means that fresh air can only come through the ventilation system. There were some flaws on the furniture and lime deposits in the shower - a few minor repairs would be appropriate.
Absolutely don't think we'll be back after such a sleepless experience....

- • Air conditioning didn't work, the staff wasn't interested in helping - blamed the hot weather as the cause and said we could turn on and off the fuse to see if it worked... It was sleepless nights with 27°C in the room. However, one receptionist said when we checked out that she would investigate if we could get some compensation - but we were dismissed with: 'That's just how it is... we will look into it so others have a better experience - just unfortunate for you to have a bad stay....' Attitude
Fine but expensive.

- • I arrived late, so I only slept and had breakfast, so with a price on the wrong side of 2000 DKK, I think it's paid.
