Unclear policy on booking twin rooms cost me an extra £659
The location was very good. Breakfast was pretty much as you’d expect from a hotel chain, the only negative being that it took a long time to find staff to order off the à la carte menu.

- • The unclear policy on booking twin rooms meant that I was left with no other option but to pay for a single room for my adult son at an extra cost of £659. I thought I had booked a twin room but arrived at the hotel to be told this is merely a request and that they only had a double bed available. Their only offer of a solution was to offer separate blankets rather than one duvet. On checking myself I discovered single rooms were available but was told I would have to book this myself on booking.com and pay the full price of £659. I’m not sure why the staff could not book this for me on their system. The policy should be made crystal clear on booking systems.
Rich breakfast and a selection for every taste. The hotel is located in a beautiful environment and it is easy to move around Stockholm from the hotel.

OK for a night or two. Nothing special and a bit outdated inside.
Location is very central and perfectly located on the waterfront. Good breakfast (but no proper espresso machine but just filtered coffee on a premade coffee station where you serve yourself…. Five star?)

- • Staff not very professional. Feels like a 3-star type of service. It’s starting to feel a bit outdated inside. Worn out.

- • Nothing in particular, I would increase the number of bicycles available to guests since Stockholm is entirely visitable by bike
