Recommend, but with a few downsides
The hotel is built in an isolated area, in a bay between mountains. The area is nicely arranged and well-maintained, with restaurants, cafes, clothing stores, and a grocery store nearby. Some of the restaurants belong to the hotel, while others are private. It is worth mentioning that it is far from any tourist attraction, about 30/40 minutes by taxi, which costs around 25-30 euros per trip. There is no Uber or Bolt; when you order Uber, a taxi arrives. The room was spacious, and cleaning was done every day. We appreciate receiving 2 bottles of water daily from the hotel. The room, cleanliness, beach, and friendliness of the staff were top-notch. The beach was clean, with green grass and palm trees, available sun loungers, and clean towels.

- • The employees do not know English at all. You should provide them with training to reach a medium level of conversation. It is very difficult to communicate with them, and many times we gave up on what we wanted because they did not understand. Regarding breakfast, it is the weak point of the hotel as it does not meet expectations at all. It is very poor, lacking diversity, and especially the quality of the products. The coffee is of the lowest quality, it feels like drinking colored water, and the coffee machines often break down, and the employees do not know what to do with them. We had to buy coffee daily from the cafes in the area (which were expensive), which is not normal. Additionally, at breakfast, there were many cats, dogs, and bees. Many customers complained that cats sit on the chairs at the table and disturb people while eating. It is unacceptable to leave things like that; there are people allergic to cats who could end up in the hospital, or others may find cat hair in their food and ruin their vacation. After all, we pay for your services, not the cats. On the beach, the issue was with the dogs walking among the sun loungers and bathing in the sea. Another problem was with the Heaven restaurant on the beach, where the employees would charge the consumption to the room without verifying if that room was actually yours, and thus, we ended up with drinks to pay for on a room that we did not consume. Anyone can come and say a room number, and the employees mark the consumption there. UNACCEPTABLE! I recommend implementing a measure to confirm that the person indeed owns that room number.

- • The breakfast should be more international by focusing on items found in Arab countries, mainly Lebanon, such as beans, falafel, cheese varieties, freshly made Manakish, sahlab, cakes with different flavors should always be available for breakfast, as well as a larger variety of pastries and juices. Hot chocolate should be on the menu

Total relaxation and high-level setting
The resort is spectacular, located in a marina in a quiet and well-maintained environment. There are some clothing stores, a fairly well-stocked but small Carrefour, some cafes, and some restaurants nearby. The highlight is definitely the private beach with impeccable grass that reaches almost to the sea, crystal clear and shallow water for many meters, features that make it ideal for even very young children. Beach and pool towels complimentary every day and always fragrant!! Comfortable large sun loungers and shade from palm trees and straw umbrellas everywhere. The bay is always breezy and dry, so we never felt the heat. Room with sea view and balcony was truly spacious and comfortable for three people, and even the extra bed was very comfortable, as well as the many pillows of different types offered. IMPECCABLE and fragrant bed and bath linen every day. Large bathroom with separate and enclosed spaces (both shower and toilet) that allows multiple family members to share it while respecting some privacy. Pool always available and very clean, with a continuous feeling of being alone because the resort has few rooms, so there is never noise or crowds. The breakfast is endless and of high quality. The staff stands out for their high attention to the customer and their needs. Our dear Nur was always so sweet and kind to us. A true professional! Just like the breakfast manager, an impeccable young woman always vigilant over everything and everyone. A relaxing environment where disconnecting is truly possible, and where you never suffer from the heat. I hope to return.

- • Only for improvement, more attention to the cleanliness of the dishes at breakfast, especially the small containers for jam because perhaps due to speed, they were not all impeccable, just as the bowls for yogurt always had some moisture inside, which does not look good, but really just a greater supervision is needed and it can be fixed. Another slightly negative point is the high prices of all shops and restaurants, not proportional to the quality of the offer. In general, the food is not of 5-star quality, which is a real shame because both the Italian restaurant and the beach bar offer very average dishes. We did not try the internal restaurant, so I cannot express an opinion.
Clean, nice view but far away
The room is clean with an amazing view of the sea, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, clean and nice beach, with a mini-market nearby as well as many cafes and restaurants

- • The location is very far from the city center; you need a 40-60 minute ride to reach most of the activities in the city
Gorgeous sea view
This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. The view from the room of the sea is stunning, with its own beach in the bay with green grass underfoot, coffee on the beach, and the atmosphere around the hotel. Responsive staff at the reception. Good quality massage at the spa.

- • It is not always easy to find available sun loungers, we could not drink coffee in the restaurant for breakfast, we had to order it for money on the beach. We had a massage twice, the second time they charged a higher price, although we took the same service. Because we were already late for the airport, we did not argue since the payment process for the massage was very long. We could not extend the room for a couple of hours.
