The biggest advantage of the hotel is its excellent location, right next to the main square, making it very convenient for travel. Most of the staff are also warm and friendly, especially the black waiter in the restaurant - not only is he particularly kind and thoughtful, but he also speaks fluent Spanish and English, making communication smooth and warm, making people feel particularly warm and considerate (several times when passing by our table, he warmly greeted us in Spanish, language is really a magical power). However, there are a few disappointing points: the Asian female front desk downstairs (morning shift) with glasses had a rather cold attitude, even though she clearly knew we didn't understand English, she spoke faster, making the communication experience very poor. There are many Chinese tourists here, and I sincerely suggest that the hotel arrange for staff who can speak Chinese, or at least politely ask guests which language they prefer to communicate in for a smoother experience. More importantly, there is a clear gap between the room condition and the five-star standard: cleanliness is not up to par, obvious stains can be seen on the sheets and towels, the furniture and facilities also appear old and poorly maintained. The breakfast selection is also limited, with a monotonous variety, which is quite simple for a five-star hotel. Overall, apart from the location and a few outstanding employees, the overall value for money and service quality do not meet the five-star standard, and there are many areas that need improvement.
