- • Imagine taking a hot suite room with no air conditioning and a cold room, and the cleaning lady cleans the cold one and ignores the one with a broken air conditioning. I have a cup that I took and I talk to them, they say we don't have anything

Great for a short stay for a city trip
Pleasant location, everything in the center within walking distance. The beds are comfortable and the curtains darken well so it's nice to sleep after a day in the city. Also, the third bed in the room is a real bed and not a fold-out bed, which is definitely a plus! There is enough space and well-equipped with a wardrobe, desk, and luggage storage space.

- • It was clearly time for a major cleaning/renovation. A lot of limescale on the showerhead, limescale on the glass wall, stains on the wall and door. Also, the door to the bathroom is a real mistake: it didn't close properly, so you have no privacy on the toilet. The required 50 euro deposit was supposed to be refunded within a few days but unfortunately, that still hasn't happened.
