Wonderful friendly staff. Great service and very comfortable beds. Would definitely use this hotel again
Reception staff were fantastic, really friendly and helpful. Location is excellent and very central. Beds were the most comfortable I have stayed in. Breakfast varied choice and in the rooftop restaurant.

- • Small pool and spa that is complimentary BUT you have to book a time slot for, but actually this is necessary as they have a maximum number that can use at a time. It was however lovely as were the spa staff

All perfect
New structure, cared for in every detail. Perfect location to visit Bilbao close to the metro and train station. In 5 minutes you are in the old part of the city and in about 20 minutes you reach the Guggenheim. Despite being right on the street, the hotel remains very quiet. Spacious room, very comfortable and large bed. Rich breakfast.

Great starting point to discover Bilbao
We were in Bilbao during the Aste Nagusia. The hotel has a great location and despite the festival, it was not too loud there. With metro and bus connections at the hotel, you can get anywhere (to the beach in about 20 minutes). However, everything can also be reached on foot (museum, restaurants, shopping, boat tour, ...). The rooftop bar was particularly beautiful. The service was always replenishing the buffet and you always got plenty to eat at breakfast. The selection was also great. Thanks to the entire hotel team for your kindness and service!
