- • The rooms require renovation. There were no bathrobe and slippers in the rooms. The pool is small, has tiles with sharp edges, and the slope is so big, so you slip and fall when entering the pool. The pool is separated from the spa center. While the spa center does not have a pool (only jacuzzi), so you have to choose and can't have both.

- • Disappointed that I couldn't get the room earlier even though I filled in when booking the room that I wanted access to the room at 10-11. We took the night boat from Ystad to Swinoujscie, then a train, and when we arrived there was no room available until exactly 15:00. We waited at a shopping center Galaxy for 6 hours and when we finally went back to check in, it was around 14:50, the man at the reception said you don't need to be so punctual and can come a little after 15:00. So it was terrible to wait so many hours to get a room and could have paid more to get the room earlier. There was no information that the hotel is renovating. I like to have a drink at the top of the hotel, of course, it was closed since I book the hotel 3-4 times a year, but after this stay, I will not choose it again with my family.
Stay at a construction site, construction in the lobby, dirty everywhere, carpets probably not changed for 39 years, no coffee maker in the room
