- • It doesn't quite live up to the 5-star experience it positions itself as. The staff were lovely, but it's clear there's room for better training, particularly in the downstairs restaurant area. There were plenty of staff on hand, yet surprisingly little seemed to be happening. Service was slow, and food cold or undercooked. It just didn't quite add up. A beautiful experience and a classy treatment
Our experience at the hotel was beautiful, and I would like to thank Madiha especially for her wonderful treatment of us. She was very responsive, her style was beautiful and classy, she cared about our comfort and chose an excellent room for us that suited us very well. Honestly, Madiha is one of the best people we have dealt with at the hotel, and her presence made a difference in our experience. Thank her for her care and good treatment, and God willing, we will repeat the stay again.
