- • I was with my mother. She missed support in the bathroom BOX. The face towels were very old. For the hotel level, they should always have newer towels

- • Check-in difficulties, they couldn't find my reservation, after about 20 minutes, I went up to the room and they hadn't coded the key, I go back and wait to be served again!! The room is very neglected, I stayed in 1107, very dark at night because one lamp was without a bulb and the other was burnt out!!

- • Old toilet seat and all out of place, old beds, very dingy and old towels, very low pillows
