Overall, our stay was great, incredible days, excellent location to any part of the city and the staff
The room is very beautiful and organized, new and comfortable. It had air conditioning, microwave, kettle, minibar, safe, coffees and teas available, kitchen utensils such as plates, glasses, and cutlery, and even dishcloths. We took the room without a balcony and its size was great, good shower as well, and all accommodations were excellent. We were very well attended, the staff is super attentive, they helped us on how to use public transportation, which was great, and even recommended restaurants where we had a discount for the referral. Public transportation at the door, bus and tram, including 24 hours with easy access to the city center and various parts of the city.

- • There is air conditioning in the room, but we didn't have the remote control. When we asked, the staff informed us that the controls had been removed from the rooms because it was autumn and not so hot, however, the room was very hot and stuffy, and even with the lower temperature outside, we felt very hot even with the window open. The pillow was also not comfortable at all. There is no elevator in the building, which makes it difficult to climb to the higher floors with luggage. The description says they provide an iron for ironing, with a deposit, but when I asked, it was not available, I ended up not taking it due to this information and missed it for a few days.

- • I really don't understand why the accommodation has such a high rating. I understand that the price is very favorable, however, the quality of the accommodation is really lower. It is evident that very cheap materials were used in the renovation, the carpet looks like it has been there for years, peeling off. The faucets are golden, but it's hard to manipulate them to adjust the water temperature. Although it was 10 degrees outside, it was terribly hot in the room, I couldn't find the AC remote control. When booking the room, it was not specified that it only has a small window at the ceiling, so the room is quite dark. All of this could be forgiven considering the (low) price in Prague, but what is unacceptable are the different types of mold in the bathroom, see photo.

Pleasant, clean, good locations
Simple but clean and comfortable accommodation, quiet, yet public transportation is quickly and easily accessible. There are numerous dining and shopping options in the area. We felt at home, safe. :-) In terms of value for money, it's completely good, we recommend it to everyone who comes for 2-3 days, and sightseeing is the main goal. :-)
