- • First, I was given a regular room despite having paid for a suite, waited an hour to be told that they had indeed seen that I had reserved a suite. I had to wait for it to be prepared, finally it was available at 6 pm.

- • The room was pretty bland and did not feel luxurious, unlike the hotel's common areas. it faced a wall and a mall. Overall, our stay felt overpriced, especially given that the rate did not include breakfast, which was 25$ per person.
We had a long and very pleasant stay, and for sure this hotel will be our top choice next time.
The food is very good and healthy, and the staff is amazingly friendly and highly competent. They take seriously their tasks and make it an honor to cater to the clients' needs. It is a pleasure to see such a high level of efficiency and friendliness.

- • A more spacious room would have been nice, but we managed well with the quiet room we were given.

- • There are no personal amenities in the bathroom such as toothpaste and the price is very high and the air conditioning does not work well
