The hosts are extremely enthusiastic, the room is spacious, clean, and reasonably priced. It includes a private pool. The meals are varied.

By far our favorite hotel in Vietnam!
The room was super clean and spacious, like having your own apartment. The sauna is a great luxury not found in other hotels we've stayed at in the country. The pool water is a bit cold but great for a dip after the sauna, and it can be heated to a hot spring level. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet a 10-minute walk from the city center. Perfect for couples seeking a quiet corner. The staff is a wonderful family who quickly and cheerfully handle any requests. Even though we didn't have breakfast there, there are plenty of à la carte options available, and meals are prepared in the dining room.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great central location. The personalized approach to breakfast was a new and pleasant experience :-)

I recommend
Well located, many amenities, very present staff who do everything to overcome the language barrier. Personally, I did not pay for bag storage (I specify because I saw comments indicating otherwise). The pool is not heated (you have to pay), but personally, it didn't bother me; on the contrary, given the outside temperatures, it was enjoyable.

- • Not sure if the teapot was clean, the bathtub was still soapy, and the hand soap was empty.
Lovely little stay
It was close to everything! Great location. Clearly a family-run hotel. They were lovely. The room was huge, and we had our own sauna! The pool was cold, and you can pay to have it heated, but since it was cold in Da Lat anyway, we didn't bother with the pool.

- • Despite seemingly luxurious facilities in the room, the room is not pleasant. The pool is always just a cold decoration, and heating takes 4 hours. There was no hot water in the shower. The staff is a family living in the hotel. The room is cold, and there is no heating. It's a shame to be disappointed.
