I won't come back
It's a hotel with potential, but very abandoned. The gym is fine, but the air conditioning doesn't work. The reception staff is very nice and trying to solve things, as well as the concierges.

- • The room was very dirty, with carpet and even food remains under a small table. The bathroom door and toilet are broken. The windows are very, very dirty. The pool service is non-existent. You have to chase the staff to get attention and pay. The pool area floor is full of algae and you have to be careful. The photos are very deceiving. It looks like a nice pool, but there is no sun in the area and the water is cold. It's very expensive for the poor service, and how old and dirty it is.
A wonderful hotel that retains the essence of Mexico.
I stayed at this wonderful hotel 20 years ago and really wanted to stay again, so I came all the way from Japan to stay. It's still a lovely hotel and I'm glad I came.

- • Our room, 531, had a terrible sour odor (not coming from the bathroom) and there was a Glade plugin that made the room smell even stronger.
Highly recommended for the service, the hotel, and the location.

Beautiful hotel and kind staff.
Very nice hotel on Main Street. Pictures do not do it justice, it's gorgeous here. The staff in the hotel and restaurant were all very attentive to my family. I definitely recommend it.
