Our room on the 1st floor #5 was super clean. Everything worked, the air conditioning, the standing fan, there was a lot of water pressure. The breakfast and coffee were always ready.

- • The club across the street had very loud music but by turning on the fan, the noise was cut off. The club closes at 01:00 so we had a good night.

Good option in Playa del Carmen
Everything was great! The room was very comfortable and nice. Good continental breakfast and close to Fifth Avenue.

Great cost-benefit, very comfortable and great service.
The suite is relatively simple but quite cozy. The hotel provides mineral water 24h and a simple breakfast. The beds and sheets are very comfortable, and the staff service was spectacular. The hotel also has a microwave and sink in the room, which is great if you plan to buy snacks to eat in the accommodation. For me, a big differential was the bathroom, cleanliness, and providing polyamide towels for guests to use at the beach or on trips to the cenotes (these towels are essential).

Despite the noise, fantastic hotel!
Fantastic, spacious room. Bed was lovely. Everything was super comfortable. Nice to have new coffee pods in the room every day. The staff was super friendly. Right in the bustling center of Playa del Carmen.

- • Breakfast was not great. Lots of noise from all the cafes nearby. With earplugs, we were still able to sleep well.
The location was very good, next to the 5th avenue. The rooftop pool was nice.

- • Poor breakfast. There was a nightclub in front of the hotel, the noise was very loud until late, it seemed like it was inside the hotel. The pool towels were dirty. We stayed in room 1, with the window facing the front desk, so we could never open the room windows with privacy.
The room was very nice, luckily we got one far from the noise

- • The noise was very loud, we were in a room far from the street but still heard and felt the vibration of the music. Also, the breakfast was very poor, the fruit was not even chopped and very, very few options
