Superb room, located in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The room is well equipped with a kitchen and everything necessary. The pool is very nice. There are plenty of small spaces to relax.

The location is very good, one street from the main one and close to the beach. The staff is lovely, helpful, and attentive. The pool is very nice, eco-friendly and environmentally conscious. Very well equipped, with all the necessities, soaps, towels, amenities in the rooms, free coffee and water. It is quiet and cozy during the day. They provide towels for the beach and pool. Includes breakfast, simple but delicious. They manage parking for cars.

- • At night there is a bar in front where the music is loud until 2.30am. The rooms rumble and it can even be heard in the distant interior and top floor. Imagine those right in front. My friend had to ask for a room change. That the pool cannot be used after 9:00 p.m.

Location was great, hotel was clean, staff was helpful during our stay, bed and pillows were comfortable. It was very helpful that we had coffee in our room. Also, we have water available.

- • If you are a lighter sleeper, you should consider another property cause there is a bar in front of the hotel. Our days were full of activities so we were so tired. We didn’t have any problem sleeping

Our room on the 1st floor #5 was super clean. Everything worked, the air conditioning, the standing fan, there was a lot of water pressure. Breakfast and coffee were always ready.

- • The club across the street initially had very loud music but by turning on the fan, the noise was cut off. The club closes at 01:00 so we had a good night.
