Perfect place for a romantic getaway - attentive staff, amazing atmosphere, and unforgettable moments.
Our stay was amazing! We arrived at this hotel during our honeymoon trip, so we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's attentiveness. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a surprise - a bottle of sparkling wine, sweets, and a room decorated with rose petals. It was a very warm and romantic gesture that made our stay even more special. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was clean, cozy, and the surroundings were peaceful and perfect for relaxation. We highly recommend this hotel for couples.

- • This could be a diamond is only a rock - very dated, have not changed the carpets for decades probably, holes in walls and curtains. Real pitty
It’s a nice spot in the town. I like walking so I was fine with the up and down. Great taxi services too.

- • It felt like a ghost town from a staff perspective. They were running it with minimal staff. The pool and spa area I didn’t see anyone from the staff for 2 days. Maybe that’s by design. Didn’t feel 4/5 star though.

A stunning Hotel and environment!
The location and the Hotel is absolutely stunning! A walk in the wonderful and extremely well-kept garden is meditative. Everything is beautiful and calm. Very clean. Breakfast and dinner very tasty. Pool area with great design. Helpful and friendly staff. Be prepared to use a taxi to get to town (easy, fast and price worthy) since walking is not recommendable due to lack of pavement and the traffic.

Hotel offering good value for money and comfortable
The staff is very friendly. The bed is very large and has good bedding. The seating area and the terrace of the room are pleasant. The breakfast is plentiful and of quality. With a rental car, we had a very good week there.

- • For a 5* hotel, I expected assistance upon arrival and departure with luggage. The bathtub bottom is very slippery during the shower and can be dangerous. A mat or anti-slip stickers would be appreciated. Disappointed by the breakfast juices which are artificial (not natural). The surrounding streets can be dangerous for pedestrians. There are no sidewalks and local drivers drive fast.

- • Hotel far, very far from being a 5-star. Staff who prefer to talk among themselves instead of taking care of the guests. Very dirty carpet as well as the bathroom. As for the pool and Jacuzzi, I strongly advise against using them if you do not want to catch a skin disease. Mold on the edges, it says a lot about the content of the water in the pools.
