Muy pintoresco, vistas impresionantes y el área de la piscina era tranquila. Buena esposa y buen sistema de entretenimiento en la habitación. El mantenimiento fue muy rápido.

- • Como han dicho otros, necesita una renovación, el bar de la piscina estaba de vuelta en el edificio principal ya que el bar de la piscina estaba cerrado, el servicio en el bar era muy lento y teníamos una suite pero el área de estar carecía de una sensación lujosa con solo 2 sillas, una mesa básica barata frente a un televisor. ¡También me sorprendió que un hotel de 5 estrellas no tuviera acondicionador de cabello!
Great views, excellent location, and great breakfast
The breakfast was incredible. There was a lot of variety and everything was very good. The room was very spacious and the views from the balcony were spectacular.

- • Sometimes I think there was a bit of disorganization among the hotel workers. Also, for the price we had paid, I was surprised that we were asked for an additional 10€ per day to park the rental car inside the hotel.

- • Lots of chlorine in the hot tub, which released chlorine fumes when the bubbles were turned on.
Phenomenal
We loved everything. Classic hotel, with refinement. We appreciated the quietness at the pool, serene and tranquil atmosphere for a relaxing stay. The outdoor space for breakfast exceptional, with a pianist playing live. It will certainly be the hotel where we will stay whenever we return to Madeira.

Gran hotel, buena ubicación y vista. El desayuno podría ser mejor, sin embargo, el piano en vivo lo compensó
Hotel muy agradable, habitaciones estupendas y cama grande. El hotel es solo para adultos y tenía una gran mezcla de edades. El desayuno estaba bien, no espectacular pero cumplía su función. La piscina y la vista son increíbles. Además, la música de piano en vivo durante el desayuno.

- • Durante el desayuno había un hombre con un pájaro grande. Esto era para tomar una foto o mirar. Sin embargo, fue realmente inapropiado, el pájaro estaba enjaulado y realmente no aportaba ningún valor adicional a la experiencia del huésped.
