Staff super cordiale e vista top sulle piramidi
Staff gentilissimo e super disponibile ad aiutare. Posizione ottima per la visita delle piramidi di Giza, ma anche per Saqqara, Menfi e la città del Cairo.

- • La zona limitrofa non delle migliori in quanto parecchio sporca e confusionaria ma comunque ottimale per la visita delle piramidi.
Hotel da 10, ma posizione non ottimale
Hotel nuovo, camere pulitissime, bagno moderno, il personale super disponibile per le esigenze dei clienti, sia nei servizi che per organizzare tour nei dintorni. La reception aperta h24 è estremamente comoda, lo staff può anche ordinare direttamente cibo a domicilio in stanza. Aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Si può fare colazione anche sul balcone che volge verso le Piramidi (si vedono però lontane)

- • La posizione purtroppo stride con la qualità della struttura. L'albergo è al quarto piano di uno stabile non completato, alcuni piani sono ancora grezzi. L'edificio è nella parte ovest della necropoli, dove è sorto il nuovo centro di ingresso delle piramidi di Giza, in una zona residenziale di recente fondazione che, però, presenta criticità dovute alle strade non asfaltate, numerosi palazzi non completati, mancanza di bar e ristoranti, zona in cui i tassisti e autisti di Uber chiedono un sovrapprezzo se partite dal Cairo, nessun problema invece se vo spostate da/verso Giza

- • The bathroom is leaking water everywhere after the shower. Room smells musty.

Lovely hotel and staff. We had a room with a view of the pyramids ! Breakfast was freshly prepared and filling. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

- • The location was not the best because of the poorly maintained road and lack of good facilities locally
