- • The room was not great. We had a suite as our daughter was staying with us. There was not enough space and no vanity area or much storage. The bathroom was terrible and flooded every time someone took a shower, and the concrete sink was impractical. The hotel offered us an upgrade but we would have had to pay.

We were greeted exceptionally pleasantly upon arrival. Very friendly staff everywhere. Welcome drink, luggage service, doors being held open. It smells very good when you enter the hotel. Everything is top clean. It was my birthday, and in the room, we were surprised with a very nice handwritten greeting card and a good bottle of champagne in the ice bucket. Breakfast was superb with a fantastic selection. We didn't manage to operate the safe right away, and 2 minutes later, a staff member came and sorted it out. Fantastic location right in the old town, 2 minutes to Passeig Born, yet quiet in an old town alley. We needed a rental car, and the hotel immediately arranged it for us. On the day of departure, the reception ordered a taxi for us, which was punctually at 2 pm in front of the hotel entrance. Everything perfect!
