The room was a good size and the linen was comfortable.

- • The check in staff were undertrained and ill equipped to handle many situations. The room was generally understocked (no milk of any description, one sugar sachets, two coffee pods). The O&M containers have been refilled with products from a different brand (O&M loyalist…). The bathroom drainage is atrocious. We needed every towel just to contain the water.
Great place to stay in Tuggeranong Town Centre
Great location in Tuggeranong and very friendly and obliging staff. To be able to park the car in secure parking underneath the building is a bonus.

The room was very comfortable. The facilities were great and it was in a good location to the restaurants and shops in Tuggeranong. I would stay at the accommodation again.

Easy comfortable stay with everything you need within walking distance
Too often I stay in a little box. Punthill apartments were cheaper than a standard hotel room but the rooms were not only twice the size; they had a kitchenette and a little laundry all with excellent appliances.
