Leaves much to be desired
The heated pool has not been working for a long time and I was not informed at the time of booking, if I had known, I would have gone to another hotel. It is not what it used to be.

False expectations.
The hotel's structure is in line with what is expected for a hotel of that rating. I did not like the atmosphere or the type of people at the pool at all. The mattress did not suit me, it lacks volume. I highlight the attention of the staff in general, the breakfast is good.
