I liked the amenities, the spa, and massages. Only they charge you for the robes even though we had massages.

Leaves much to be desired
The heated pool has not been working for a long time, and I was not informed at the time of booking. If I had known, I would have gone to another hotel. It is not what it used to be.

False expectations.
The hotel's structure is in line with what is expected for a hotel of that rating. I did not like the atmosphere or the type of people at the pool at all. The mattress did not suit me, it lacks volume. I highlight the general staff's attention, the breakfast is good.
