A perfectly all-around stay.
Everything was very luxurious. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast had the largest and most varied selection I have ever seen worldwide. The quality of the drinks and food was excellent. There were also many imported delicacies. The suite was beautifully decorated, and the freestanding bathtub in the center of the huge bathroom was a highlight.

- • The adjacent Novotel shares the pool area with the Pullman. The two televisions automatically start when you insert the room key, thus turning on the power. We only received one room key. It also doesn't make sense that the hairdryer is hidden in one of the drawers in the wardrobe.
Great stay!
Everything was excellent! The staff was friendly and helpful, everything was clean, and the rooms were spacious and modern. Great value for money and a very pleasant stay overall!

- • Just one minor negative point: One of the lobby staff members seemed visibly upset when I didn’t tip him for moving my suitcase just two meters. I found this rather unprofessional and unnecessary.

- • The sockets in the room were not working. The telephone was not working. There was a short circuit somewhere, and they could not fix it, nor did they change the room.
👎 Disliked
- • Room too dark, not enough light, with carpet and no natural ventilation. Not ideal for people with allergies.
