- • As in many other hotels, not enough attention paid to the number of plugs to charge multiple devices. Boiling water device spilling out water making electricity breakdown. Queue for table at breakfast
The accommodation is centrally located. Right on the Prinsengracht. Just around the corner and you are already in the business street with numerous shops. I would like to highlight the super friendly staff. Our car was immediately parked in the underground garage and our suitcases were taken to the room right away. The hotel staff always had a listening ear and were extremely friendly.

- • The double rooms initially offered to us were not suitable. The first one smelled musty, and the window could not be opened wide for safety reasons. I asked for another room, which was quickly arranged. It was a room on the ground floor. At first, I was satisfied with it, but after a short time, I noticed an unpleasant, unadjustable noise coming from the ventilation system. When I contacted the reception, they tried to solve the problem very quickly. In the end, we were upgraded to a room that was truly beautiful, overlooking the canal, free of charge. The windows there are triple glazed, but those sensitive to noise should consider this. Overall, I rate the stay very positively.

I still think about this hotel a lot. Such unique charm and beauty, amazing view that you cannot get enough of, superb location. Very friendly staff as well.

Perfect stay
The hotel is centrally located a few steps from Dam Square, recently renovated with elegance and taste, the rooms were very clean, the staff from the concierge to the bar, reception, housekeeping were all very kind and professional, I will definitely return
