Disappointing stay
Staff were cold and unfriendly. Overall experience in the hotel was cold and uninviting. No food available in the hotel when we arrived, having travelled 5 hours on a bus to get there. Had to leave the hotel in the rain to find food. I have never stayed in a hotel that you have to pay for your coffee in your room. Not good business. Building is unique and pool on rooftop is special.

- • Staff were cold and unfriendly. We had travelled 5 hours on a bus and were very hungry on arrival - no food available in the hotel. We had to leave to find food locally in the lashing rain. I have never been in a hotel where you have to pay for your coffee in your room. Seriously bad business to do this and not tell you and it was a rip off
