- • The way the staff treats especially the people working in customer service at the restaurants, I don't know if it's because they are tired but the truth is always with a bad attitude in their responses
Location is great, resort needs updating.

- • Room needs updating and was missing a TV. Front desk staff was not understanding nor helpful when my booking mistakenly had 1 adult not two on paper. They demanded extra payment right away. Also, I was locked out of my rooms without notice. I was fortunate to get it handled through booking agent after a few phone calls but front desk was still not very nice about fixing error on their end.
Everything was great, we will go back again!
We loved being able to walk from pool to beach easily. Restaurants were all great.

- • Chairs at the pool are hard to come by unless you are up early and even then people mark them until midday without coming back. On our last day staff was timing how long chairs were empty so we kept getting out of the pool to make sure we didn’t lose our spots.

Direct access to the beach and the possibility of going to the other hotels.

- • I took the time to make a request which they responded to positively, but when I arrived at the hotel they were unaware of the request, arguing that when booking through Booking the people who respond are not from the hotel and therefore my request was never addressed. In short, it is not good to book through Booking
We will be back in a couple of months love the place
