- • The room was large but needs to be renovated as it is dated and was not the one we chose!!! Noisy air conditioner, cleanliness and customer relations by the staff leave much to be desired, absolutely NO to the Italian restaurant
Family-friendly mid-range hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Abundant and good food. We were lucky and thank you very much for being in a sea view suite instead of the sea view double room booked. If I were to come back to Marsa Alam, I would gladly return to this establishment.

My sister and I came from Italy and had an amazing time at this resort. The place is lovely, clean, and very comfortable, but what made it really special was the people. Everyone was extremely kind, polite, and always ready to help us with anything we needed. A big thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it!

Reception staff was amazing at check-in especially. Best entertainment team! My kids loved the volleyball and beach buggy activity with the lovely super helpful team. I adored the DJ and live singing, Best song selection! The oriental show was so enjoyable with great vibes. Super clean and lovely furniture. Food is of very good quality. Food & beverage manager professional and caring. Thanks for everything and all the best

- • I wish for better access to the deep end of the sea, it was a bit busy sometimes. I think another staircase completely away from coral rocks would help, as it was so difficult to avoid
Very warm vibes mixed with relaxation, exceptional stay
Calm and very friendly staff and support 24/7 for any comment, especially Mr. Abdo Abu Ghanim, reception manager, he did everything to ensure our relaxation
