- • For a hotel that claims to have several stars, the service was not up to par: no one to carry your luggage when you arrive at the hotel, an extra bed for a child comparable to a camping cot rather than for a hotel like this one (the bed was as hard as the floor), impossibility to isolate oneself in the bathroom (two huge openings but only one sliding door to hide). The hotel's Chinese restaurant offers disappointing service for the price: staff who make fun of you, staff who allow themselves to comment on your orders implying that you eat a lot or that you do not know how to choose your dishes correctly (and many other things too long to mention here regarding the attitude or quality of service).
