- • It feels like entering an apartment with no insulation between the rooms, the bedroom directly faces the railway so it's very noisy, and the toilets were not cleaned during the previous visit. Additionally, the external gate does not open with the key, you have to guess and reach behind to open it.

I enjoyed my stay a lot. Everything was very clean, the room was quite big, and the kitchen was very nice and well-equipped too. There were water bottles and coffee filters in the room, which was a pleasant surprise. The only thing is that I didn't receive any information about check-in until I asked about it myself. I called and got an answer right away, though.

The property was very clean and overall a good place to stay. We stayed as a family for one night, and even though the washroom was shared, it was exceptionally well-cleaned and maintained throughout our stay.

- • The check-in process was very disappointing. I had previously provided our expected arrival time, which was approved by the property. However, upon arrival at the building, which houses multiple apartments, there were no instructions on how to enter or where to get the key. We were traveling with our 5-year-old child and had to wait outside in an unfamiliar country where we don't speak the language. Only after messaging through Booking.com did they inform us about the lockbox and provide the combination code. They should have provided the lockbox details well in advance to avoid this unnecessary stress.
