- • very noisy, like you are sleeping on the road. lack of the internet, no Internet connection at all. you may use it only at reception and not in the room. We ordered “fixed price transfer” to the airport from hotel, but it turned out that the driver has his own price which we paid more expensive than Uber, not fixed at all.
I'm thrilled! I will definitely stay here in Istanbul 🫶
Wonderful hotel! I am so grateful to the staff! Each and every one of them is so kind, humane, polite, just like family! The hotel is 10 minutes from the Bosphorus, you can even see it from the window! Beautiful! Clean! The rooms are bright, everything is neat, clean, pleasant just like home 🫰 I don't remember the names of the guys, but while we were staying there, there were 3 changes and they were all great! The girls prepare wonderful breakfasts! Thank you so much! Prosperity to your business!

Nice hotel with very nice people. Would go back there if I have to be in Istanbul again.
Breakfast was good, Staff is fine! Nice people who are willing to do a lot for you :) I find it very pleasant to indicate when your room should be cleaned.

- • Not always hot water... that's a bit of a shame. The uphill walk from the water is quite a thing... but then again, good for the fitness :) The taxi driver who took us to the airport wanted to stop to buy cigarettes (which was fine by us, but we ended up paying 300 lira more for the ride because he kept his meter running :( ) And he even nagged for a tip.....

- • It was VERY BAD, one of the worst experiences in recent years. Misleading photos, lost staff, horrible breakfast…Upon arrival, our room wasn’t available due to maintenance. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, the room wasn’t cleaned until specifically asked for at 2 pm (!!!). Breakfast - ridiculous: 6 types of cheese, eggs and fries, cheap cake and undrinkable coffee. That’s pretty much it. Area - dirty and unwelcoming.
Unfortunately, a bad experience. I hope the hotel goes back to how it used to be.

- • I have previously stayed at the hotel and it was excellent, but this experience is unfortunately bad. 1- The elevator has been canceled and the stairs are very small and tiring. 2- Cleanliness is not as before. 3- The air conditioner is not working properly. 4- The bedsheet is somewhat worn out. 5- The towels need to be replaced, they are old. 6- Ants in the bathroom.

- • Volume - noise from traffic. The hotel is quite noisy
