Clean to the point staff were so polite food variety was the best I ever seen in MARMARIS so much so I will rebook and recommend many others they were kind enough to upgrade me as I mentioned TOOM was not small for me Overall they should be given 5 stars Slight slight issue the mattress bit. Uneven maybe it was just mine I have no complaints

- • Bad Smell, very crowded, chairs too close to each other, no privacy, no room to sit in the dining area, dirty, sloppy food
We stayed for 4 nights and I really liked it, the staff were very good. I would like to thank lifeguards Furkan and Emre working on the beach, they were very helpful. The drinks and food were very good, housekeeping was very friendly, I will go back as soon as possible

- • I'm really surprised, it's a 5-star hotel and the expectations are high but the rooms really don't deserve 5 stars, the beds are tiny. I told the reception that all rooms are the same, we had to sleep in separate beds with my spouse, it's not just the bed, the tiny TV, etc., they definitely need to take care of the rooms, this hotel really deserves nicer rooms
It is definitely recommended for young and old
Clean rooms, friendly staff, extensive meals, the view of the beach was very beautiful. Accessibility was very good with shuttles, even the center was within walking distance for me

Overall, everything was good, but there are some moments that make the hotel fall short of 5 stars
The service, the food is at a high level. The hotel's location and territory are great, comfortable sunbeds, beautiful views, a great cafe with delicious coffee. Polite staff, especially Philip at the reception, helped to resolve all issues, a professional in his field

- • The hotel has poor sound insulation, loud music until 23:00, the beach is rocky, special shoes are needed. The rooms need some renovation
