- • I was baffled by how they have such high ratings until I read other reviewers here say that the staff sneakily post 10.0 reviews using the guests' phones whilst "checking" the booking! The "suites" they advertise literally don't exist. Our group was split up into rooms that weren't even adjoining. The bedlinen had all sorts of unpleasant stains. Cockroaches and millipedes everywhere. 5-10 minute wait times for the elevator. The location isn't where it says on the map, because they've listed themselves on Booking.com as about 10 different hotels in the same block - presumably so that when individual ones get kicked off the platform after too many complaints they can still sell rooms here, but it's all one operation. You're just as likely to get scammed booking from any other supposed hotel in Chungking Mansions Block A, because it's the same people running them all. And most criminally of all, when we checked in, they insisted we had to pay "hotel tax", which they refused to give us a receipt for when we asked. When I later checked my invoice, it turns out I'd already paid the hotel tax when I booked - so I raised a complaint over the booking.com messenger, and naturally they've ghosted me. I then read the other reviews, turns out they pulled the same stunt on other guests here. Please please Booking.com delist all these fake hotels run by "Delta".

Location is very good. They do the daily housekeeping chain that our staff is very nice and helpful.

Great accommodation
Great location, very nice staff, really good value for money. Very small room and bathroom, but you have everything you need. The view from the room was a 10/10!
