- • I had breakfast and couldn't enjoy it knowing that they didn't explain that the hours change on weekends and weekdays, so according to the staff, it was up to me to "find out" and when I told them that nothing was indicated about the hours, I was told to check on booking and in the end nothing indicated that... so I had to complain to "benefit" from a makeshift breakfast but with the bare minimum: compote, ladyfinger biscuits, coffee, and very hot orange juice in a carton...

- • Our reservation was for 3 adults and they had 2 small towels in the room. Went to the desk for another and the person couldn't be bothered told us to come back and ask morning staff??
