Some employees fell short.
I booked the inn because it is in a good location and has a family room. This reservation was a gift for a family of friends of mine. But I was very sad, the receptionist did not take them to the room, and when they entered the room, there were gecko feces. The room had not been properly cleaned. At breakfast, the employees serve and stay inside the kitchen, and it is necessary to go to the employees for replenishment. There is no one in the breakfast area to provide assistance. This is feedback to have a meeting with the employees to improve the service.

- • The only employees deserving of congratulations are the night watchman and the night receptionist. The room is spacious, comfortable, it just wasn't clean. The location is great, close to everything, the breakfast is good, there is just no one available for requesting replenishment or a tapioca, an omelet. Anyway, I was disappointed with the choice of gift I gave to my friends.

- • Room very small with a musty smell! There were 2 pillars in the middle of the room; bathroom with a very dirty shower box, many mosquitoes; We didn't stay there and had to look for another place at 11 pm, the time we arrived there.
Accommodations, however, meet all expectations for the price.

I stayed for six days and there was no Wi-Fi... employees always with a stern face, not that they should be smiling 24 hours a day, but a simple good morning is essential. Very cramped suite, Air conditioning needing maintenance.

- • The internet from the day I arrived until the day I left had no internet, I spoke to the reception and they didn't solve anything.

- • Room was dirty, especially the bathroom walls, fridge all rusty, very old furniture, location near an alley with suspicious activities, the bathroom smelled bad, I canceled the rest of the reservation, I do not recommend to anyone!
