Very pleasant
Super comfortable! I stayed in suite 20. Wonderful bed! Everything clean and fragrant. Breakfast served in a personalized way. I just suggest offering juice options. We received a jug of guava but we didn't like that fruit. Nothing to complain about

Overall, I really enjoyed the stay and the highlight was indeed the kindness and helpfulness.
