Clean and secure residence
Pleasant stay in a calm environment and a few steps from the city center. The apartment was fully equipped with everything needed: water fountain, coffee, soap, cleaning, towel change... Cleanliness of the place. Efficient and attentive staff...

Great holidays
Just steps from the fifth avenue, quiet place, pleasant staff. Pool and jacuzzi. 10 minutes walk to a supermarket. 18 perfect days.

The condo was very spacious with a private rooftop area, unfortunately it was too hot to use it much (we visited in July). Constant drinking water supply was great.

👎 Disliked
- • The pool was very hot and did not help to cool down. We were early to check in (around noon) and the check-in assistant said they would contact us when our room is ready (as if they would make an attempt to get it ready sooner). When we arrived again 10 minutes early for check-in (at 3 pm), our room was still not ready. It felt as if they did not really make an effort to accommodate us with early check-in. The closest proper beach is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

Cleaning of the suite, pool, comfort of the apartment beds

- • There is no reception at the hotel and you have to walk to another hotel 4 blocks away to receive reception. There is no elevator and carrying suitcases up the stairs is very uncomfortable. Our room had a jacuzzi above the rooms that made a loud noise all night and prevented sleep. When we requested it to be turned off, they refused despite the discomfort of not being able to sleep. And it is far from the accessible beaches.
Good experience despite inconveniences
Ideal location close to the 5th avenue and beaches. Spacious apartment.

- • Lack of utensils in the kitchen and pots. The pool is aging (mosaic tiles coming off, my children got cut twice). Sunbeds were not clean. Some places with mold in the apartment.
