A modern boutique hotel in a quiet corner of the city overlooking the river.
The location of the hotel was great, as it was only a short walk to local restaurants and the main river area of Porto. Although small, the outside space was great to sit in the sun and read a book. There are plenty of restaurants within a few mins walk for breakfast if you prefer not to eat at the hotel.

- • We tried to get a coffee in the morning from the bar/restaurant but they didn't serve any which we thought was strange.

- • A horrible experience. We booked for two nights through the app at 3:00 in the afternoon. We arrived there at 3:30 and it was a nightmare with the car. The area was congested, with roadworks, unable to park without having to pay. We wanted to cancel the reservation, we didn't like the location and they didn't allow us to cancel. They charged us even though it was less than an hour since the reservation. A mess and a scam. You see how they keep your money without being able to do anything.

- • The breakfast staff was incredibly kind but the hotel did not tell us we had to arrive 20-30 minutes *before* the close of breakfast to eat. We were traveling with children and missed breakfast one day because we did not arrive early enough. The hotel needs to tell guests the actual cutoff time for breakfast.
