- • The air conditioning did not work in the room and I paid for a room with air conditioning. I requested 3 times for the repair and nothing was done to request it. The invoice was not sent, and I need to keep begging for it to be sent.

- • The daily cleaning and tidying service. Since I was alone this time, they only removed the minimum trash from the bins. The bed was exactly as I left it when I left, however, this will not prevent me from returning.

- • Terrible room service. They didn't even answer before 8 pm. Breakfast is simple for the local standard. Room with a constantly clogged toilet. Lack of TV channels.
